Goals for this week

I am so happy to say that I have been moving right along this January. My exercise has been on point and my nutrition is improving. I am dealing with some stomach virus thing the last two days but I will not use that for an excuse. I am being careful and doing what I can. Yesterday before it really hit me I was able to complete WK6D1 of C25K. I am so proud of myself because I remember when week one seemed like torture.
My challenges are helping me to stay focused. I love interacting with the great supportive people on my teams. The Peak challenge has helped me stay on track not only physically but spiritually as I have been able to keep up with my Bible reading. The Biggest Loser Challenge officially starts tomorrow and I am super excited. It looks like we already have an awesome group.
My goals for this week (Lord willing)
Complete all workouts for C25K
Strength train 2x
Drink 8 glasses of water
Read 3 chapters of my Bible daily
Plan and prepare healthy meals for my family
Get outside with the kids
Spark, Spark, Spark
I am looking forward to everyday as I make healthier choices that will take me a little closer to reaching my goals.
