    Hi there,
Welcome to 2013--I believe this will be my best year yet and I am coming into it both injured, but new and improved. We can make it be just what we want it to be. I believe in recognizing my needs and weaknesses and mistakes and celebrating my strengths and successes, duplicating them.
Children are the future and we owe them our best and to be our best. I will try and keep trying to do so--and when I am not giving them my best, it will be time for me to move on and let someone else take that role. For now, I am able and capable, and I will do what is needed--whether it is to speak out on their behalf or to get down at their eye level and teach them from my heart.

Thank you for making me a spark friend--I appreciate your statement of confidence in me and am looking forward to getting to know you.
Again, Happy New Year--and cheers to this chance to make good decisions and do our best!

Gentle hugs,

My New Year starts on my birthday, December 9 so I'm feeling you on all accounts. I still call them resolutions/goals as they are things I want to do within my NY to put behind me and replace them with others things I want to do and move on to bigger and better things. If it is to be, it must start with me. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Welcome to 2013 Kleoniki! I love your words. I needed to look up 'ataraxia'. Included in the definition was said, 'robust tranquility'! I love that! Thank you for giving me wonderful concepts which started my day today.

I'm not sure that I know what equanimity and ataraxia even are.
