Yesterday was a not so good day in terms of goals. I'm ok with it and and I will do better today. I think a lot of it had to do with my lack of sleep, and thankfully I went to bed before I got into a free for all with the food.
Yesterday's goals:
45 mins of cardio -20
8 cups water -18
stay in calorie range - over by 217
mind the sodium - in range but just barely.
