Well a whole week. You know the first few days were easier and now it seems to be getting harder to stay with it but I'm determined. My goal is still very much in my mind. As for sleep it was okay didn't wake up to much. Got called off of Job #1 so I slept in a little bit then worked out on Wii Fit for an hour or so. I ate some lightly buttered toast and tostino restaurant style corn chips. Then went to Job #2 where I ate a 6 in Egg, Ham, and Cheese and Baked Lays Original. Came home and a ate a piece of fudge. So i kind of cheated today but I will just keep doing better tomorrow.
