Goals for January
1. Run 45 miles
2. Journal food at least 20 times
3 Drink more Water
4. Work out 4 times per week.
Goal number one - I have run 20 miles so far - doing ok with this goal.
Goal number two - I have journaled my food everyday so far in January.
Goal number Three - doing good.
Goal number Four - Doing great on the workouts.
I have lost 5 pounds so far in January
I feel good about how things are going....
