It was Monday!

Okay, not my favorite day of the week, and I had a little trouble getting motivated to make it through today, but in the end I did good! I had preplanned my food and snacks fairly well, and to my amazement, I was not over on anything! It is still cold and snowy here, so we used the crock-pot for Dinner tonight, and the house smelled wonderful...a lean beef chuck roast we had gotten on sale recently with carrots and little yukon potato's!!! It really came out good and flavorful with almost nothing but a few seasonings to help it along and low sodium chicken broth (I just do not like beef broth, it always taste too salty to me for some reason). I even fit in a good 20 minutes of stretching exercises just to help my mood! I see my Doctor tomorrow, so I will finally see the true test of how much weight I have lost, since that is the scale I was first weighed on and the weight I used as my starting weight. I figure I am in there at least once a month because of some lab work I have to have checked monthly from one of my Medications (one that will NEVER go away, since it is given for a hereditary disorder I have), so I can always get an update then. In the mean time I can also see how close my weight on our home scale is to theirs.
