My local grocery store just released a new line of lowfat Greek yogurts that are all delicious! I'm sensitive to dairy so Greek yogurt is a great option for me and so far every one that I've tried I liked more that the last. They are all the type where the yogurt is unsweetened and you mix in a yummy side container like honey and strawberry. It's about 170cals per yogurt so it's higher in fat an sugar than the super low fat yogurts/nonfat yoplay the big difference is I actually LIKE this stuff and I can eat it without taking a lactaid. WIN WIN WIN.
