Today was a GREAT day!
I slept in, which sucked, and is something I want to stop doing. But I didn't let it set the tone for my day.
I ate on-plan, with the exception of a beer at dinner. But I did not eat the bread on my burger (that WAS in my plan), so my calories are still good.
I went to work and worked hard, got some stuff done.
I went to the gym and pushed myself on my squats, then added in some abs/core work. Last week, I said I'd do four ab/core days and did a big fat 0. This week, I've already done two days (one abs, one back/obliques) and I'm sore. Which feels awesome.
I had dinner with some lovely ladies and may have found someone who will want to learn to cox! Which might help get me out of my slump and back on the water.
I came home and hung with the hubs for a bit. We have really been moving forward in our relationship and tonight was another awesome example of what is GOOD about being married.
Now, I'm NOT going to watch the new TV show I'm addicted to ("Lost Girl" from netflix. I think it's a Canadian show. I lurve it.), but instead I'm going to drink my tea and go to SLEEP.
