my foot has been feeling a little better so I tried my lower body workouts. It was great and felt good- I was sore all day :)
I planned on making dinner at home even though I craved pizza. I bought mushrooms and sauce for the turkey meatballs and fresh lettuce for salad. But as we were running errands, the pizza surfaced and my husband loved the idea.
so i ate a ton of pizza and parmesan bites. then he bought me a candy bar. i used to just eat one of his 4 reeses. now i am eating a whole candy bar every night. i worked hard to not eat candy bars. and here i am.
the pizza is very frustrating. i don't know how to tell my husband that i don't want the junk food because feel like i am making him happy with me eating junk food with him.... is that stupid?

i am starting to dream at night of riding my bike. I rode all year last year, starting in January and here I am, twice as fit yet grounded.
can't wait to get back on the bike...
