Still Keeping With It

Everyday it becomes a little bit easier to eat right & exercise. One of my problems was not getting enough to eat, based on my activity level that day. But wanting to lose weight makes it hard for me to want to eat. Drinking all the water leaves me feeling bloated. I guess the only thing I really like about it is the exercise. I love doing the superman - it makes me feel like I have this rush of oxygen going into my brain. I can think better and remember better. The other strength ones, using the little barbells, are so easy to do that it feels like I am doing nothing, but I KNOW they are just as effective in weight loss as tearing your knees up & feeling pain (which I do not like & will not do). So I keep myself looking forward to each day of doing the exercises, which will keep me with it. Goodnight
