Day 37: Today marks 2 weeks of working out at least 20 minutes every day. It might not sound like much, but for me it is a huge accomplishment. I have always used the weekends as an excuse not to workout and totally go off my healthy eating plan. Well, now I'm on a roll. Exercising every day is starting to just feel natural
Making it a habit.
Today, I'm sore! and it feels good. I did 20 minutes of upper body and ab work and I can feel it. I also did 20 minutes of kickboxing and cardio dance early this morning. Working around the little ones is becoming easier and easier. I just fit in fitness wherever I can. I have even done squats while washing the dishes.
Gearing up for BLC21. I'm getting really excited for this challenge. I think this is what I need to keep me focused for the next 3 months, and maintaining healthy habits for 3 months will help a great deal in establishing those habits in my life for good. Go True Blue!!!
