Day 37: Today marks 2 weeks of working out at least 20 minutes every day. It might not sound like much, but for me it is a huge accomplishment. I have always used the weekends as an excuse not to workout and totally go off my healthy eating plan. Well, now I'm on a roll. Exercising every day is starting to just feel natural emoticon Making it a habit.

Today, I'm sore! and it feels good. I did 20 minutes of upper body and ab work and I can feel it. I also did 20 minutes of kickboxing and cardio dance early this morning. Working around the little ones is becoming easier and easier. I just fit in fitness wherever I can. I have even done squats while washing the dishes.

Gearing up for BLC21. I'm getting really excited for this challenge. I think this is what I need to keep me focused for the next 3 months, and maintaining healthy habits for 3 months will help a great deal in establishing those habits in my life for good. Go True Blue!!!

It does feel good to push our bodies to excel, doesn't it?! Have great fun doing it again tomorrow!
