Here is my last educational thing for you; a recipe with papaya in it. I got my assignment in last night and i did not call myself stupid today. I managed to get 7 hours of sleep in. CICO eaten 1,431, BMR 1,528, exercise 387, total burned 1,915, differential -484. My total points are 700 for the challenge. Looking forward to being in a new group and challenging my body. I know I have a lot of work to get my body in shape yet. Losing the weight is only part of it. It seems to take forever for my arms to lose that jiggle. But i will not give up until i am there.
