not much going on today.
i weighed in at 152.2.
i screamed and high kicked a little. i wasnt expecting that!
today was a pretty good day.
i biked for an hour, walked for 2.5 hours and did c25k week two day one.
my legs are for sure sore doing the c25k.
i did 60 ab exercises, 10 reps each. i was only going to do 50--25 standing, 25 using the bosu ball. that is my standard. but then i decided to add in 10 exercises on the stability ball.
i did 50 exercises. 30 using 25lb kettlebell, 20 using fitstik. kettlebell i did 7 reps, fitstik 10.
then i did 4 different types of pushups 20 reps each.
and i did 40 tricep dips and 3 different resistance band exercises, 10 reps each. i anticipated doing more with the resistance bands but didnt.
ending at 1320 calories, 24 grams carbs.
today, i also--okay, its been over the past few weeks, but today ive finally done something about it--decided to see how my protein is measuring up.
now, ill be honest.
i hate protein. i hate the thought of it because the first question i am always asked as a vegetarian is: how do you get your protein?
it grates on my nerves.
anyways, but today i decided perhaps i am not getting enough and maybe its holding me back.
so i tracked.
i am in range.
it makes me laugh but the funniest thing is, is i probably wasnt anywhere near close to range not doing atkins.
atkins has really, really changed a lot for me. what i eat, how i react to food, how i think of food.. and what i eat.
im still eating the zucchini. still not loving it but i think its getting better.
tomorrow is leg workout. will track protein again, just to make sure that its not a fluke.
