Elliptical Day 4!

Monday, January 14, 2013

Today I did 36 minutes on elliptical followed by 24 minutes on treadmill (3.5 mph walk). It felt so great to do this contraption four days in a row. Today I actually craved that elliptical! Now, that is a huge change for me. This evening I will do some exercises with the medicine ball. A very good day! emoticon

This gives me hope!! I am so fragile with fibro that I have cried many times with "I can't do anything" but I got a seated elliptical and am progressing slow but sure the treadmill is still many dreams away but i will keep trying and finally think some physical therapy is going to help get me lined out...all because of the added diagnosis of arthritis..now they will give physical therapy!! but I am hopeful!

You give me hope that I will conquer the elliptical! When I first tried it last year I did 1 yes 1 minute. Then my first attempt this year was a whopping 3 minutes!!! Monday I did 4 minutes. By the end of the year I might be up to 30 minutes at this rate! emoticon

Craving the elliptical is not something I have ever experienced.
