Exercising - Part 2

Okay so I've now accomplished three days of excercize. I have to say that walking on the treadmill even when it's in front of the TV to a show I like is still pretty boring and it doesn't feel like there's much to pump me up. I think walking to upbeat music might be more engaging than just walking to TV. But I do need to remind myself that it's better than sitting idol.
I started Jillian's 30 day shred. I am sore on day two, but I found myself to have more endurance today than I did yesterday to make it through. While I was never really the skinny girl in life, I was at least fit. Well I'm obviously not as fit as I used to be huffing as much as I did. But I LOVE the feeling of my muscles feeling tighter (even if there is a layer of fat covering that muscle).
Any other awesome workout DVD's anyone has out there to recommend? Or any good yoga DVD's?
