I do better with small goals.

Big goals overwhelm me. I have changed to mini goals.
I use my SP weight chart increments as my guide (from the report). I don't know if everyones are the same but the charted lines in my graph report are in 8 lbs increments such as...184 -176-168 ect...I am setting my goals as 2 months to reach the next line (8 lbs). which is very reasonable. There is something about crossing that chart line that makes me happy!! When I hit that line I can visually see a whole block of weight behind me. Sometimes I log on just to run the weight report to remind myself how close I am to the next line on the graph. (hehe)
I know there will be times when 8 lbs come off quicker, but with 2 months as a goal each time, I figure even in my toughest times I could still succeed. I'm feeling really good about my mini goals:)
