1. Slept 8 hours
2. Twelve minutes on the elliptical
3. Two sets of strength training
4. 50 sit ups
5. Ate a salad for lunch
6. Weeded in the garden
7. Made a spark recipe - tomato soup
8. Organized a shelf in the back porch
9. Uploaded some photos from yesterday's drive to the ocean
10. Blogged
