Exercise-Cardio for Seniors

Well this was a really good day. I had quite a bit of energy and I did some cardio and strength training to a program with Angie Miller. It was low impact for seniors. I was amazed at how I was able to do it, but I still am not in shape enough to do the whole thing. At least I tried.
My daughter told me today that she was proud of me and it really made me feel good. I don't really see any results yet but I can feel changes taking place.
I am so ready to join the rest of the fit world and SP is a great motivator.
