Met some colleagues at starbucks, misread nutrition info before going, then realized that there were way too many carbs in the banana nut bread - after I ate it and was entering it into the SP app.
So a low carb dinner was on the menu. I scrambled 3 eggs (Eggland's Best) with some spinach leaves and a slice of provolone, squirted some Heinz reduced sugar ketchup over the whole thing, and ate it. It was awesome! And only 7 carbs. Low carb eating can be very yummy.
