Saturday I spent almost the entire day in the kitchen making soup. Lots of soup. Chicken taco stew, chicken soup, rustic Italian tortellini, creamy tomato. We made big batches, split the batches among us into individual containers for freezing, refrigerating.
Today I had chicken taco.
Tomorrow it's the tortellini (doesn't freeze well so I am using it up first).
Wednesday tomato soup.
