New Year's Resolution

My resolution this year is to not beat myself up if I don't get something done one day. If I don't exercise, but I did a lot of walking with errands and housework, I count it as exercise. I make it a point to go up and down the stairs several times to bring things to proper places. I exercise during laundry or dishes, even when I am cooking. I recite this to myself as I eat and exercise. If I bite it I write it. And, if I move it I groove it.
I am also a fan of "Flylady" it is a wonderful website, that reinforces that I can, Finally, Love, Myself. FLY. It is a gentle godbreeze of focusing on the important things in life and not beating yourself up as much when we flutter.

    Even if you didn't get "exercise", those extra steps you're taking DO count and help you be healthier. And good job on sticking with your resolution! Finding resources that help you keep that positive approach is a great idea; I'll have to check out the Flylady website myself!
