Rainy Monday: Fitness Day #2!

Hello my fellow Sparklers! Today was awesome at the Chattanooga Heart Institute! I exercised today to my heart's delight, increased the incline on the Treadmill to 10%, while walking at 2.5 mph, for 12 minutes, not much but hey, it's a start! Once again I did 10 minutes on the Stationary, Recumbent Bike, at 61 rpm. Ten minutes on the Nu Step, level 3, at 113 steps per minute! And, the Airdyne cycling bike for 10 minutes, at 37 rpm! I accomplished just what I set my mind out to do and that was for me to challenge myself in the Gym. Good for me!
Now on tomorrow, I will challenge myself to do 20 minutes of Strength Training, wish me the best Sparklers, and I'll return the Spark!
