I'm really enjoying my new exercise bike! I got on it five days out of seven last week. It works pretty well. My only complaint is that I can't adjust the resistance enough to give me a serious challenge, like biking up a hill, as the ones in the gym do. On the other hand, it's in my house, so I don't have to drive to the gym or come up with an excuse to not use it as much as time allows. Last night, I rode for 15 minutes and made it over 5 "miles." :) Today, I created a chart to log my daily efforts. When the bike at our school gym broke last spring, I was up to a 40 minute really tough workout. I can't wait to get my butt and legs conditioned so I can do it again!
Combined with my, somewhat, renewed interest in keeping within my calorie range, I'll be back on the weight-loss wagon in no time!
