So I have been trying hard to stop sitting for long periods, and after Fridays special report on the negative affects to our health due to sitting I amped up my effort.
The crazy thing is....it has given me energy & I have gotten a lot more done... While still finding time to Spark. So what am I doing differently?
1 For every hour I just sit I try to get @ least 5 minutes of exercise
2 At home I use the bathroom on the opposite floor I am already on & it's helped get some tidying done in the process
3 during my breaks @ work I walked around the store
4 due one Coach Nicole video a day
5 do a strength training exercise or two first thing in the morning
6 go to the gym
I am seeing progress already in the 10 days I've started this & more since Friday when I very focused on "Just Keep Moving". It's become the saying in the house
