So, I was sick for 2 weeks. Didn't lose any weight but wasn't worried about it because I wasn't working out or doing anything but laying around. I also didn't gain, yay!
Now I have been working out for 2 weeks or more, eating my daily intake, not always the same amount sometimes minimum sometimes maximum, and not a gosh darned pound has left me. Not sure if I've plateaued or what?!?
I started back in school today, and probably won't get to work out as much as I had been. Especially if I get a bad headache every day I have school. Hopefully today's headache will be the last one for a long time again.
Yesterday and today I have been STARVING! I haven't changed the way I'm eating.. still getting in my proteins, and lots of fruits and veggies but end up feeling low and having to eat more than I really want to. Today has been the worst though. No matter what I eat, I still feel hungry and like my stomach is gonna protest at any given second.
Anyway, hope it passes soon.
