So, I was sick for 2 weeks. Didn't lose any weight but wasn't worried about it because I wasn't working out or doing anything but laying around. I also didn't gain, yay!

Now I have been working out for 2 weeks or more, eating my daily intake, not always the same amount sometimes minimum sometimes maximum, and not a gosh darned pound has left me. Not sure if I've plateaued or what?!?

I started back in school today, and probably won't get to work out as much as I had been. Especially if I get a bad headache every day I have school. Hopefully today's headache will be the last one for a long time again.

Yesterday and today I have been STARVING! I haven't changed the way I'm eating.. still getting in my proteins, and lots of fruits and veggies but end up feeling low and having to eat more than I really want to. Today has been the worst though. No matter what I eat, I still feel hungry and like my stomach is gonna protest at any given second.

Anyway, hope it passes soon.

If you get headaches frequently try taking in more magnesium. My grandmother and I both suffer from migraines. She started magnesium about a year or so ago and has gotten to where she never gets a headache (excluding those minor stress headaches that everyone gets periodically). I decided I should try magnesium also and have noticed a huge decrease in my headaches since. Now i get a headache maybe once a month or every other month and their intensity has gone way down so I can actually function through the headache! Just a thought!

Good Luck on your goals!

The weight is not really important considering the amount of exercize you have been doing. Muscle weighs a lot more than fat. You are sculpting your body by all the work you have done, which will lead to a leaner, stronger, healthier (and probably more attractive) body.

I try to concentrating on balancing the nutrition angle so that all my food is balanced on the nutrition report with the proper amount of carbs, fiber, protein and fat, which really is helping me avoid my past hunger and obsessive thoughts about food. When those are in balance, I seem to notice diminished hunger pains. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Stress definitely comes into the hunger picture and is very understandable as you begin school again. On the other hand, one of my favorite dieting friends often admonished me that a) the hunger pains only last about 20 minutes and b) during those minutes she was reminded that she was losing weight. i've tried to hold this thought in mind. Good luck. I hope your headaches are gone tonight. Best wishes, DJAH

This was me recently! I started having 50-100 calories less at breakfast and lunch because I was feeling REALLY snacky at dinner and after dinner. I have no idea why, but having those calories later is helping... I can eat an entire bag of microwave popcorn if I want... or half and have a cup of hot chocolate. Keep on truckin'!
