I have found that the worst day of the week I can weigh myself is usually Monday. I eat out sometimes on the weekend. I gain so much water weight from eating out. All the sodium and other additives in restaurant food really bloats me up.
When I eat out it shows up on the scale. I know it is only water retention, but it is uncomfortable. I am eating out alot less now than I ever have. I like to eat out now and then, but I pay another price later.
