Monday and Motivated!

Woke up feeling good and then went for a walk. Came back and completed 3 workout videos. Had breakfast and tracked my nutrition. Then I planned my meals for the rest of the day. Feeling great about my progress so far today. Want to squeeze in another walk in the snow this evening. emoticon

    Were you able to walk in the snow? I was hoping I could, but it warmed up just enough to make it a fine mist/drizzle rather than snow.
Ah well, I'm sure my turn is coming LOL
