I went all out and purchased a heart rate monitor so that I could track how many calories I burn per workout. Turns out it is more than I thought. Well I got curious to see how many calories I burn in a day... I was very surprised to see that so far today my body has burned 1900 calories. I was a little worried because Have eaten about 1200 today and my day isn't close to over but knowing I have burned much more than that makes me feel a whole lot better. I wonder if I should allow myself to eat up to -500 of what I have burned off or if I should stick to the 1200.
