I think that is great, about 3 pounds a week? You can rock the heck out of that! I think it's good "extra motivation" because you have ALREADY been doing so good and getting the weight coming off, so you can do it! I love the marble thing representing an ACTION as opposed to the pounds lost. That is a great idea to get the action part. I'm proud of you, you can do this!!

Hey that's only 2.95454545 lbs. per week.... HECK YA YOU CAN DO IT!! In fact maybe I'll do it with ya!!!! LOL LOL Well I just joined, and will begin 1/16 the BLC21 3 mo. challenge and I only set a goal of 15# in the 12 weeks.... I better change it to a total of 35.4545455 LBS. !! Wow! you have got a great motiveator. I can't wait for you to , "Bring It On". I know you can do it. I don't know about the 65 lbs that seems likea lot of weight to lose in that short time.
