I thought I should start blogging more, so here goes.
I joined the January Jumpstart Challenge and really just can't get into it. I'm at least a week behind. I did try and catch up and did three videos on Saturday. I usually really love these boot camp type things and I try and do the videos when I get home but lately I keep forgetting.
Last week I met my calories burned goal and burned 1537 calories for the week. That doesn't take into account the two yoga classes either (I know yoga isn't cardio and isn't strength, but I'm not just sitting around either). I did really great on my calories, only went over one day, and it was only 100+ calories. I'm tired and my body hurts, but that's okay.
I'm annoyed because my scale says that I'm up 2 lbs from last week? WTF?
I don't really think it's true, but it's still annoying. See, I'm 2 lbs away from goal and that mysterious 2 lbs puts me 4 lbs from goal, which I don't like. I know it sound petty, but I'd just really like to get to goal. I'm so close.
I'm just venting.
