A bad bad weekend

This weekend I was bad.

Scratch that.

I was horrible!

I splurged on ribs, burritos and chinese food. My stomach was not a happy camper. But I think the big weight lose (5lbs) really made me lazy on what I put in my mouth. I need to be better about that. I planned to have 1 free day, not 2.

So today I am back at it. Need to get my exercise in. I actually feel pretty good today. Made it up the stairs pretty good without being too out of breath.

The plan is to do 15 minutes on the elliptical but my fiancÚ is having his brother over. emoticon Which means I may be too embarrassed to get on that machine. I don't want them watching me huff and puff.

Sigh emoticon

    I think he is coming over for dinner. I am hoping that I can get home quickly, change and get it my 15 before he comes over. I may try talking to my fiancÚ and see if he can take him to the basement (the elliptical is in the living room). I just feel so uneasy doing my exercise with people around.

    What time is his brother coming over? Could you find a time either before or after he is there?
I want to congratulate you on getting back on the wagon and wanting to exercise. That is a wonderful step.
Keep up the good work.
And most of all DON'T BEAT YOURSELF UP for the slip ups.
