This weekend I was bad.
I was horrible!
I splurged on ribs, burritos and chinese food. My stomach was not a happy camper. But I think the big weight lose (5lbs) really made me lazy on what I put in my mouth. I need to be better about that. I planned to have 1 free day, not 2.
So today I am back at it. Need to get my exercise in. I actually feel pretty good today. Made it up the stairs pretty good without being too out of breath.
The plan is to do 15 minutes on the elliptical but my fiancÚ is having his brother over.
Which means I may be too embarrassed to get on that machine. I don't want them watching me huff and puff.
