I'm under 230! 228 as of thursday. I haven't gotten back on the scale. My new thing is trying to NOT weigh myself daily. it's not good for me. lol
Levi is sick.. AGAIN. It's hard to take your baby to the gym when they are sick, so you don't... which means you can't go either.
I went on friday, and got a half an hour in of the kickboxing class when the daycare people came and got me and told me I needed to come get levi because he wouldn't quit crying. He was tired and has this terrible cough. I probably shouldn't of brought him, but I was meeting stacey there, and I didn't want to stand her up.. like she did. twice last week. lol
Tomorrow, I'm doing Zumba again. I know, don't ask me. This time it's with my new favorite instructor, she does the morning kickboxing class, and she can't do Zumba either, she says she instructs it alot like kickboxing, no butt shaking, no real dance moves, just alot of feet work.. so it should be interesting. I figured if it's too hard to do, I'll leave and go do the treadmill. lol
I decided this stuff has to get REAL.. quick. Walking at 2.5 on flat ground for 30minutes is fine, but I need to bump it up if I'm ever going to see any REAL weight loss.
So.. I'm doing the hill setting, on level 9. lol the highest the incline gets is like 7,0 on that setting, and I can handle that for a minute or 2. I did set it for 2.5mph, but hey! I'm going up huge hills here! lol I did try to get up to 4mph, but I just can't figure out how to run on that freaking thing. I think I'm going to break my neck doing it. I see other people do it. lol I think I need a better bra before I do that anyway. Running and jumping jacks aren't my friend right now.
I did Jillian michaels 30day shred today on youtube. I marked it as circuit training, because there's nothing for jillian michaels stuffo n here, but i read that i lost atleast 250calories but that's for someone that weights 150lbs apparently, so I just went with the 300calories or so that SP told me I lost. It doesn't really matter either way I guess, in the long run. lol
I haven't been tracking my food, well, this weekend anyway, things have just been crazy busy and I haven't had much downtime to sit and track everything I eat. But then, this weekend I'm not sure I'd want to either. lol
I didn't do great. Had some stuff I shouldn't of ... (gymmy worms to start, BBQ ribs second. lol) but I'll get back on track this week. :)
