the military diet???

I was on pinterest and I found a picture titled "the military diet." Clicked on it and it's a 3 day food regiment and it is said to make you lose 10 pounds in three days and I just want to share it and see what you all think. :)

I'm just not sure what I think about it yet.. it looks interesting enough but how permenent is the weight loss? Would you do it?

    I agree it is a fast, NOT a weightloss plan. I wouldn't recommend it since it might backfire. Just stick to the slow plan and you'll do great.

    It's more like a 3 day mini-fast. Over a span of 30 days, you should lose weight with it. Might be a good jumpstart to building your healthy lifestyle as long as you're able to manage the 4 days off without going overboard. I'd consider doing this however for the long run I don't think I would be able to keep it going for a lifestyle and that's what I'm aiming for...a eating plan that I can benefit from for a lifetime.

If you decide to try it, I'd love to hear how you are doing...and any tweaking you do to make it work for you.
