I was on pinterest and I found a picture titled "the military diet." Clicked on it and it's a 3 day food regiment and it is said to make you lose 10 pounds in three days and I just want to share it and see what you all think. :)

I'm just not sure what I think about it yet.. it looks interesting enough but how permenent is the weight loss? Would you do it?
