This year I would like to accomplish 3 things:
1. On my birthday in July I would like to go to a climbing wall and be able to climb to the top at least once. I hope by July to lose around 40-50 lbs.
2. In September my employer participates in the American Heart Association Heart Walk and I hope to run the 5 k instead of walk it. Hopefully by this time I may be down 60-70 lbs.
3. In November my husband and I are vacationing at Disney World so of course I hope to be in shape enough for all of that walking and be comfortable taking pictures.
I hope making this blog entry keeps me accountable. I need all the encouragement and extra push I can get! I have also posted these on February and on my computer at work. Hopefully more blog entries to come!
