I've been hungry all day. Proper, full on, stomach-making-embarrassing-no
ises hungry. All. Day.
Which is why I gasped in horror (probably loud enough for all my American friends to hear) when the nutrition tracker told me I'm over my calorie range today. Why? Just...why???
I'm hoping it's because I had leftovers for my lunch today and didn't calculate the quantities quite right. But still, I'm having a low calorie day tomorrow.
Anyway. Once again I felt a sinking feeling when I read this week's FFF challenge. I already exercise in the gym, at my flat (in my room, the living room, and even the kitchen) and outside round the city. I'm not sure where else I could go. Do you think it would count if I did my usual exercise but in a different setting from that list? Like, say I do a skipping workout outside rather than in my room? Or maybe running a different route? I don't know.
