    Jason I watched your blog this evening after I had sent you my last message. I am so proud of you. It is obvious that you are thinking about what this really encompasses. It is a huge change of life style for you. Be sure to take it slow. You did not get where you are today overnight and it is best to go slow. Make small goals. Then follow,thru with them.     I am here for you and your wife. Feel free to add me, we will lose weight together. I am here for the long run.

I love exercise now, even as a big gal that I am, but I used to hate it sooooooo much. Im a food addict, I have back pain, feet pain, but guess what!!!! Im not letting anything stop me.

Expect some speed bumps, and hang on tight. Picture the weight that will come off in a month,, or 2 months, etc. It will be so fun! emoticon emoticon

    It will take time to learn the new habits that will make you feel good in the long run. Cheesecake might make you feel good while you're eating it, but a good balanced meal will make you feel good until your next meal.

Take it one step at a time, one choice at a time, one minute at a time. As long as you keep on making choices, you can do it! Learn from choices that aren't so great, but don't let unhealthy choices turn into unhealthy weeks of choices. Every day is a new day and a new start!

    Jason, I think you have great courage. I wish you the best. Keep posting! The 10 minutes a day physical challenge is a great way to get started! Tracking my food intake is really helping me.

    Jason, congratulations on taking the right steps to a healthier, happier you. I would be glad to be a responsibility partner to encourage you and discourage as well when appropriate. My husband and I lost 35+ each on a Christian based program called Firstplace, (and put it back on with bad habits afterwards). There is not one in our new community, so I am working through Sparkpeople. Thanks to a bout with the flu, I have lost some weight (not the way I want to), but I am serious about making this the year. and I would be delighted to see you improve as well.

    Jason, you are stepping in the right direction, have more guts and vid smarts than me, to do a vid blog,, I am clueless how to do that, but you are exactly right about losing ## then not making life changes.. It has to be one before the other and you already know which is which. I applaud you for sticking with it when it seems overwhelming, I feel the same way.. Keep up the good work and keep us posted!!
