I've taken about a week and a half to think of the workouts that I really enjoy. The ones, that I don't think of as 'working out', but more of a treat. Ones that I don't dread and end up skipping. So this is my new routine.
Mondays: AM/PM Yoga - this is about 15 minutes in the morning and evening. Ride bicycle for goal distance
Tuesdays: Strength training for 15 - 30 minutes and working on the Couch to 5K program with my youngest two boys.
Wednesday: Ride bicycle for goal distance and strength training for 15 - 30 minutes.
Thursday: AM/PM Yoga and Couch to 5k program with boys
Friday: Yoga for a workout - this one is 30 - 90 minutes depending on the day. Also dancing with kiddos depending on schedule of the day.
Saturday: AM/PM Yoga and Hiking with the family.
I'm more excited about this than any other program I've thought of before :D
