Well, I have been at work for 5.5 hours now, and I have been productive. Slowly, because I have a minor fever, but productive none the less.
My food is within all boundaries. My last seven days still looks good. The dailies are still problematic in carbs (low) and sodium (high), but the weekly average is within range. I find that eating meals made at home are far less likely to have high sodium counts. I have amped up the carbs through rice and beans. They work nicely to get the carbs number up.
I do not feel like going to the gym (fever), so I will, when I get home, do some lightweight dancing to slowish music, and try to get those 8000 steps in that way. No pushing. Just dancing a bit.
