So I'm down 11 pounds! Yay :). I'm finding it a little easier to get around now...still not great but better. I'm trying to decide when to join the gym....I was thinking I should probably wait until I'm down to 300 but I don't know. I really am not sure how hard I should or can push myself. I want to get in shape as well as lose this weight but I don't want to cause more harm than good....what do you guys think? I also have some social anxiety and I'm nervous about people staring at me because my size. There probably won't be any other big girls there...Maybe I should invest in my own workout stuff at home for now....lol. I don't know...
