Thats the big number... turned 30 about 5 days ago.
Do I feel any different? Not really. It does make me think about getting serious about weight loss though. I acted on that thought this morning and logged into sp to track my calories and plan my little trip to chik fil a with the family.
I don't have any big goals or any huge plan. I just want to be consistent with tracking my calories and getting exercise a few times a week. I also want to take my vitamin every morning and drink lots of water.
I have given up soda- including diet soda- so water is my beverage of choice.
I may start pre planning my meals so that things will be easier and I may make a little plan for specific exercise, but thats about it for now.
