Yesterday I ate perfectly, and only lost .4 lbs. Since I am losing weight every day though, I shouldn't complain. I feel pretty good, except for being a bit sore right now. My brother woke me up at 6:30 a.m., and I have taken my walk, and just finished a band workout. Had some eggs and mushrooms for breakfast, and may have lunch early today, because I feel hungry. Lunch is 3 whole chicken thighs, and 1 can NS green beans. Chicken is already cooked. I do have to cook up dinner later, but I can wait. I won't cheat on my diet while watching Biggest Loser..lol, so I will have my chicken, tomatoes, and onion at 9 p.m.
My big plan for today is a nap. Right now I am tired and a little hungry, so lunch, then nap, and then Biggest Loser. I think they may have gotten over the puking, and screaming, and we'll see some people competing in challenges, and losing weight to improve their health. I want to see some game play though. Maybe a team sneaking into the gym for an extra workout at night? I think of all the things I do to lose weight, and these people have nothing else to do, and a nutritionist, and trainer too. I understand publicity events take time out of their day, but a few should be making better efforts. That has been missing the past few seasons, and I hope it returns. We need a villian this year. Someone who wants to win so bad, they plot. I love that..lol.
My band workout was just quads, chest, calves, and abs. Tomorrow will be back, biceps, shoulders, and abs. I did 20 crunches for abs. Still my weakest body part...lol. They hurt. Calves I did off the stairs. Chest and Quadriceps I used the bands. Quads are hard to work to fatigue without weights, so I did 2 sets of 50 leg presses. Chest I have to be careful about because of my ICD, so I went light.
Tonight there is also Bones on TV, so I am going to have a great night. Hope everyone has a great day!
