Hi all im still eating clean and have been on track for more than 30 days...I had my treat meal on saturday so i will not have another treat meal until saturday or sunday. How ever i did not accomplish my goal of 5 workout days last week. I did four instead. This week I will get in 5 workouts for sure!!!! tonight im doing kickboxing, tomorrow i have to open at work and my first day back in class so i will not get a workout in tomorrow but wednesday, thursday, friday and saturday I will be working out fo sho!!. I have not noticed any inches lost but we all know that it takes time so im just going to keep on doing what im doing. I know if I put in the work that it will pay off.

I did have a doctors appointment today and of course they had to weigh me and i did not like what she had to say at all. I can agrue that some of that gain is muscle but at the same time i know is not what the scale says it about how you feel. Mentally i feel great for the most part. I do want my summer body back though, i mean 8 pounds is 8 pounds and with my size I can defeinitly tell. I mean with my height i notice and can see all of those 8 pounds...if i was taller it would not be so noticable but oh well. Instead of sitting here getting depressed over 8 pounds im going to do something about it. Well im in the process of doing something about it actually, lol . So i have made the descion and I am doing it right now its just not happening fast enough but dose it ever?? lol All i can say is today im one step closer to my goal and that im proud of!!!!!
