First 2 weeks of restart

Just a short update. The first 2 weeks of my restart are going ok. I'm still struggling with eating on the weekends but I am determined to get a good grip on this. I also have gone to the gym twice now and I think I'm getting back into routine with it again. This week I hope to go 3 times. Tuesday, Thursday, and then on Saturday. I am already starting to feel like I have more energy and less bloated which is awesome. In two weeks, I lost 1 lb. It's a slow process but a loss is a loss!

I think I'm going to add a goal of posting a blog every 2 weeks just to keep me accountable.

    You got this Ash! Congrats on the loss. So have you been keeping to your workouts 3X per week? It seems so from your status updates.

    When you first start exercising it might take a bit before it shows on the scale. You're probably drinking more water than you're use to, and slowly gaining muscle mass.

    I need to do a mindful eating exercise so i can get my eating under control. i like to exercise.M mindless habits are my biggest issuses.

    Congrats on the loss! 1 pound lost, is certainly better than 1 pound gained, girl! :)

Weekends are tough for me too-- some seem worse than others. The weekends I am busy running around, I do better, but the weekends spent being lazy, I just want to eat, eat, eat!

We will figure it out...

Great goal on upping your gym from 2x- 3x/week! :)
