First 2 weeks of restart

Just a short update. The first 2 weeks of my restart are going ok. I'm still struggling with eating on the weekends but I am determined to get a good grip on this. I also have gone to the gym twice now and I think I'm getting back into routine with it again. This week I hope to go 3 times. Tuesday, Thursday, and then on Saturday. I am already starting to feel like I have more energy and less bloated which is awesome. In two weeks, I lost 1 lb. It's a slow process but a loss is a loss!
I think I'm going to add a goal of posting a blog every 2 weeks just to keep me accountable.
