Goals, one week at a time.

Ok, last week was a down week for me, i was just in a funk. After a fabulous weekend with the family and a lot of soul searching i re-discovered my "Spark". After all i'm here to be a better healthier me for myself, my Hubby, My Friends and most importantly my Son. He is so full a love and energy. I was running around the park with him and at only 20 months he was pushing himself to keep up with me. We were having a blast!!! So here it goes, no more excuses i'm making three goals a week to stick to.
Goal #1 Walk everyday at lunch. I eat at my desk but rather than surf the net i'm getting out! Brought an extra pair of walking shoes to keep at work.
Goal #2 No RED Meat!! Easy
Goal #3 No adding sugars to my coffee. I usually put creamer that has sugar and 2 packets of sugar substitute...Bad, Vary bad. This morning i actually made my own coffee creamer with low-fat milk and non-fat condensed milk and left the extra sugar out.
