This was the first weekend in a LONG time that I feel like I accomplished something! Friday was my step sons bday! We ordered out as usual, and of course there was cake! Now, I did order something, I ordered a roast beef sandwich, and drum roll please:::: SKIPPED the FRIES! I chose to keep the fried BS out of my body, ANDDDDDD I DID NOT TOUCH THE CAKE! I chose to have a weight watchers little treat for 4 pts. Saturday, my friend didn't come over, so I ran to the store and bought lettuce for a salad, and was again on point all weekend. Sundays I normally do well with, so I continued to do well Sunday BUT I didn't exercise Saturday and was feeling BLAH about it, so I decided to get my butt off the chair and do some Zumba!
Ok so I might be loosing it...... but im NOTICING my clothes fitting better..... is it just me or do I sound crazy. I mean in a week period of time?! 4 lbs alomost 5 down, and I did measure my waist again, because I felt nuts about the whole thing, and its looks like im down an inch around my tummy, but that's all. My winter jacket where I JUST barely got to zipper, zipped up fine! I was comfortable, not feeling like I was gonna burst.
Tomorrow is my weigh in, I hope I can be down 1 more lb, if not that's ok too. Just to be down in general is awesome. One day at a time, one meal at a time. I WILL get there. Im feeling more happy with me. Because I have control again. :)
