Since the new year, my family and I have made a real effort to eat better and get to the gym. I have gone to the gym every single day with the exception of this past Saturday but my son and I went for a 2 mile walk outside. I've been doing a lot of strength training since getting back to the gym ~ this week I'm going to try some candlelight yoga, kickboxing, and zumba. I'm trying to find classes that I enjoy through the week so I can get more cardio in my routine. So far, so good. I've been really sore but I feel better when i'm done (even with the aching muscles) ~ I feel like I've accomplished something that day in my quest to better health. So, lets keep it going and work it out!
