A little down

Okay so not feeling well that last two weeks has taken its toll. Not eating right and not exercising or sleeping well has put me back up on the weight scale. The progress I made over th holidays has been reversed.
That is the end of my pity party. Time to get back up, dust myuself off and start again. I kow I can do this because I already have. My goal for the remainder of the month is to be down to 175. Wish me luck.
