A little down

Okay so not feeling well that last two weeks has taken its toll. Not eating right and not exercising or sleeping well has put me back up on the weight scale. The progress I made over th holidays has been reversed.
That is the end of my pity party. Time to get back up, dust myuself off and start again. I kow I can do this because I already have. My goal for the remainder of the month is to be down to 175. Wish me luck.

    I'm pretty new, just two months in SP, and I wanted to say that I hear you. When I was feeling the way you described and voiced a weight goal, it was gently suggested to me that if I set a goal I could control, like a behavior change or a good habit that would LEAD to a weight loss, that would be better than setting one I really couldn't control, like what the scale says.

Sometimes we seem to be doing everything right, but the scale doesn't budge...or it does budge, but UP a bit, and that can make us feel worse. I know this must sound like preaching, but that's not the way I mean to sound. Success can be measured in consistent habits, and I'm assured they do lead to weight loss.:)

Together we can do this, and it seems everyone here has a piece of the puzzle to share. I'll be cheering for you!
