I have finally started my exercise at the gym. a small bout of bronchitis slowed me down a bit, hard to exercise when you can't breath. Three days at the gym last week, netted me a 2 lb loss. It is wonderful, I was stuck for a while and i knew exercise would make a difference. Some reason its very hard to start but now i have the momentum going I should be much better.
What I discovered:
a small 10 minute ride on the Exercycle, looses up the nerves in my back so I am able to do 20 or 30 minutes on the treadmill.
30 minutes exercise in the morning helps me ward off sleepiness that I have been having trouble with in the late afternoon
also the same 30 minutes helps to curve my appetite, I am having less cravings for foods i shouldn't eat.
so all in all exercise is a good thing. Just don't tell my doctor, he will think he was right and that would make his head swell .
