I'm down a pound from last Monday. I can't explain the rollercoaster I was on last week, but it was a wake up call I won't ignore. I'm tracking my nutrition. There's no way around it.
Tracking helps me make cleaner choices and not make approximations. If I ever have time, I need to save groups of food I eat regularly to make it easier.
I planked for 1:08 minutes yesterday and completed workout 12. I'm 1/3 of the way to the end of that program! Zumba tonight, yeah!
