Today's Goals:
- 8 glasses of water
- Cardio+ core work
-Log all food on tracker and stay within calorie range *

I accomplished my goals yesterday, plus stayed within my calorie range. I was able to enjoy lasagna and garlic bread by only eating one portion and going lighter the rest of the day. We had "Yost Family Fun Night" which is where we play board games, watch movies, and normally munch on popcorn and snacks. I drank water instead of snacking while we played Monopoly and did crunches and pushups when it wasn't my turn. The kids cheered me on and joined in with me a couple times. emoticon
This week I'm sticking to the same basic goals as last week, but I'm focusing on consistency when it comes to exercising daily, tracking all food, and staying within m,y calorie range.

"Yesterday is History. Tomorrow, a mystery. Today is a GIFT."

Need Proof? See yy Grandma Shirley below, diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and liver failure 3 months ago. She agreed to undergo treatment and although she is full of cancer, at age 83 she is dancing, driving and living it up each day.

And my friend Amy. She has lost her battle to cancer and is ready to stomp heaven's gates in her big sunglasses and platform shoes, possibly today. I pray that her suffering ends, because I love her so much.

    WOW, Em,

What a wise Grandmother you have! Follow her lead. Live your life to the fullest - and choose health.

Way to rock those crunches and push ups while waiting for your turn. Look at the example you are to your kids. That is freakin' amazing! You ROCK!
